Sharpline Warranty

Lifetime guarantee - All Sharpline scissors are two piece welded and hand made using the highest quality alloys. Sharpline uses high quality parts and all of their scissors are guaranteed free of faulty workmanship for life. Sharpline guarantees to replace all worn parts free of charge for life during normal servicing. Sharpline guarantees a minimum of 5 factory quality services available for all of their scissors. Some scissors can be serviced up to twenty times under the right conditions.

Lifetime corrosion free guarantee [Stellas models] - Sharpline manufactures a range of Cobalt based alloy scissors under the name of Stellas. These scissors are designed for high corrosion resistance as well as high wear resistance. Sharpline guarantees all Stellas models free of blade corrosion for life under normal hairdressing conditions.

30 day drop warranty - All Sharpline scissors are sold with a 30 day drop warranty. If you accidentally damage your new pair of scissors during normal use, Xtreme Edge will service it for you at no charge during the first 30 days. We provide this warranty to make absolutely sure you are happy with the performance of your new scissors, and to give you peace of mind.

Return policy - We know that sometimes hairdressers can make a mistake in choosing the wrong size or style of scissor. Sharpline offers a 7 day exchange policy on new scissors with the condition that the scissor is returned undamaged and in original packaging. We will exchange for another scissor of similar price or will credit you towards the purchase of a more expensive pair. We do not provide refunds for any reason, we only offer exchange. Postage and handling fees in both directions are at the buyers cost. Exchange is only offered once per purchase.

Conditions - Guarantees for Sharpline brand scissors are subject to servicing by Sharpline authorised service agents only. Any Sharpline Scissors serviced by an unauthorised company is immediately void of all guarantees. Scissors that have been poorly maintained, miss-used or over worn before servicing may also void their guarantees. The Bladesmith's decision on all such matters is final.

HIKARI® Warranty

HIKARI® scissors are backed by a one year warranty. During this period, we will service scissors for free! ($10 charge for return shipping, handling and insurance applies) This warranty even covers scissors that have been dropped or accidentally damaged! (Warranty service must be done at our office/factory)

Simply send the scissor to us like a 'regular' service, and include a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase, plus a check/money order or credit card information for $10.00 to cover the return shipping, handling & insurance.
