Yasaka

Yasaka shears are made of special blade-tool stainless steel produced from Swedish Sponge Iron. They use the unique method of hardening the moving and stationary blades and then annealing them twice in a complete vacuum. After vacuum annealing, a Rockwell hardness of 60° is achieved, and a sub-zero treatment is provided by another unique process. These shears are fully rust proof, and have excellent wear-resistance and viscosity.

Eicker

The Eicker company has brought honour to Solingen, Germany’s “blade manufacturing” city, for over 90 years. Since their foundation in 1908 this family business has only used well-chosen steel for these first-class scissors and thinning scissors. Today, hairdressers all over the world enjoy using Eicker scissors.

Joewell

Jaguar

In 1932, Kurt Schmidt founded the steel articles factory ‘Kurt Schmidt KG’ in Solingen, Germany. Jaguar Stahlwarenfabrik was first introduced as the brand name for their hairdressing scissors in the late sixties. Not long after that, Jaguar became the company name. This name reflected their specialization in hairdressing scissors, and marked the beginning of their rise to become one of the leading manufacturers in this field.
